Your GORILLA WAND is guaranteed to be free of defects and to operate as promised. For the first 2 years, if your wand ceases to operate, simply return it to us and we will repair or replace it at no cost to you. Because GORILLA WAND is considered a personal item that is designed to come in contact with your skin, no returns or refunds can be accommodated.
